Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product differs significantly from the description

  • Size or fit issues (within the 30-day window)

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement or exchange

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please share clear photos for verification.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective item).

  • In cases of Sahvo’s error, we will arrange a return pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost after approval.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–14 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but the order may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
